Ingredients

  • 3 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, cut into large chunks
  • 1 small red onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, stems and seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Juice of one lime

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Toss until evenly distributed.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
