- 3 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, cut into large chunks
- 1 small red onion, roughly chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, stems and seeds removed, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Juice of one lime
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Toss until evenly distributed.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
