  • 4 large cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 jalapeno, stemmed
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt, to taste


  1. In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, cumin, jalapeno, white wine vinegar, and olive oil. Process until well-combined. Season generously with kosher salt and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
